The very first Hong Kong Pride was on December 13th, 2008.Finally, the gay community in Hong Kong followed the foot steps of their LGBT brothers and sisters from the Philippines, Thailand, Japan and Singapore to celebrate the first Hong Kong Pride.
For the first time, over a thousand gay men, lesbians, bi-sexual ,transgenders and their straight alliance supporters marched down Hennessy Road in the hustle and bustle Causeway Bay to Wan Chai to show off their rainbow colors.
